• Item is complete with all original contents.
• Software disc is in Mint condition with no signs or wear, damage or marks at all to note.
• The artwork has Slipped slightly in the case, allowing the back cover to come out from underneath the plastic. This has made a slight amount of damage to the bottom left and bottom right of the rear cover art.
• There is no damage to the case to note.
• The slip inside the disc has a slight bend (not crease) to it. This would have been cause by the slip not sitting the correct way when close and has a slight bend to it.
• A Grading of 90 has been awarded to this item. With extremely minimal wear to both the back cover and inner printed materials being taken into account. The mint condition of the disc is to be noted. The overall cleanliness of the the item and lack of damage to any other part of the item is also to be noted.
